australia fishing

Dear Margot,
I have been to Perth this holiday. I enjoyed myself very much. I did many things like fishing, eating and generally having a whale of a time. The best part was that I made a new friend, Lydia. I still recall the night when she and I were sitting together on a ledge, fishing for trout. I had caught a few on fly fishing gear during the day. I still recall the look on her face as i hauled up her first ever trout. Incidentally, it was the first time in her life that she was fishing.

I was very pleased with her and we enjoyed chatting the time away in between bites. That night, we got 4 trout between the 2 of us and even our parents were impressed. Unfortunately, Dorcas, Lydia's sister blanked both during the day time and night time fishing sessions which made me feel quite bad. Fortunately, the next day at the trout farm, she caught 1 fish which made me highly relieved.

Trout fishing is fun at all times, be it when they are spooky and hard to catch on fly or plum dumb or eating bait. I will sleep now because it is late and tomorrow i have to get up early.
